Still waiting for M.O.J to our email
so we are still no nearer to solving
our problems.

Fingers crossed it wont be too long.

Here is a copy of the email that I first sent it 16/2/2013 to the email address that was given to me was for another department. Today I spoke and got this email address lets see what happens.

Could you please confirm if Prisoners are legally allowed to blog through a 3rd party

as long as they stick to the law.

We have again sent the above email to which we hope is the right department, lets hope we are now on the right track to get answers, fingers crossed in our favour as we know other persons have been able to get their blogs printed by a third party. Voice for Cons

Have just sent all my papers off to my solicitor so she can pass them on to the barrister (Thanks to Ben Gunn for the info)

So please bear with  us till we get the OK to carry on with their permission.

They have told me if I keep on they will stop my phone calls so have to be careful
because it is important to me to keep in touch with my immediate family.

Thanks to everyone who has been following will get better once we can send the papers
legally.

Still struggling with prison system as to me being allowed to do my blog. In contact now with some other legal advisors. Thanks to Ben Gunn for the info.
