A man was stabbed in an internet cafe on Cape Hill, Smethwick
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after another man was stabbed to death at an internet cafe.
West Midlands Police say they are holding a 39-year-old man from Birmingham in connection with the incident in Cape Hill, Smethwick, on Saturday.
The victim, 38, has not yet been formally identified but a post-mortem examination found he died from a single stab wound.
He was treated by medical staff but was pronounced dead at the scene of the stabbing.
