Here is a copy of the email that I first sent it 16/2/2013 to the email address that was given to me was for another department. Today I spoke and got this email address lets see what happens.

Could you please confirm if Prisoners are legally allowed to blog through a 3rd party
as long as they stick to the law.

We have again sent the above email to which we hope is the right
department, lets hope we are now on the right track to get answers,
fingers crossed in our favour as we know other persons have been able to
get their blogs printed by a third party.
