We are waiting for a reply from NOMS and have not had any words from Frankie
so am in the dark what is happening at his end but when I hear from him with any news will update
accordingly. He is due for his parole at t but he end of the month still not been moved so he could do his courses which they have told him he has to do, but where he is they do not do the courses.
