I am going to be looking for a lot of support soon as I am a discretionary lifer with a eight year tarrif and have just hit my 21st year. Where is the justice in that.  The rest uf the EU only do 15-20 years out of a life sentence then they are released, so why dont we sign up to the EU fully (is it because the goverment are scared of loosing power and control)
