I want to talk about prison bullying under offences against discipline it is also covered by prison rule (20) using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour is an offence against discipline according to the PSI 47/2011 paragraph 1.74.
So can someone tell me why I was never charged with an offence but put straight onto basics for allegations of threatening an officer I was on basics for over six weeks.
For those who do not know what basics is basic is a bottom level band of earned privleges not as a punishment. They use the IEP scheme as a punishment at HMP Frankland, I should have went in front of a govenor and had my rights because they are in black and white they think they are the law, I have seen the scoobydoo, in previous prisons myself and experienced management and scoobydoos,bullying prisoners. When I went on my review for my basic management said I dont give a fuck if you are on basics for the rest of your sentence, at the end of the day I go home, This will also be in the Inside Times newspaper at www.insidetimes.org.
